Matt's Early Dirt Equipment..Still winning!!
"Who's your Daddy",
Matt McCall
won more money than any Kart Racer to date, with winning an impressive
$11,500.00 in one night at Table Rock Speedway, winning four classes
that paid $2500.00 per class (plus $1500 in pole bonus). Matt was
dedicated to Phantom Karts and Harold Wiggins. Harold was and is the
most innovative kart builder in the World today. Thanks to Harold
Wiggins and Tod Miller, Rohn Moon who supplied Matt with the Best Motors
and Karts on the circuit.

Matt McCall ran karts from 1990 until 1999, racing
first in the rookie divisions at age nine, then at the age of thirteen moving
to the adult divisions( with over 150 wins ). Traveling extensively from Florida to Delaware
racing the World Karting Association Dirt Series from year to year,
McCall obtained many
wins including WKA 's "Most Improved Driver" and
"Grand National Champion",
always finishing in the top points. The WKA-300 lap race at Charlotte
Motor Speedway was always a great experience - just making the field was an
accomplishment - which McCall did in all 3 attempts. Christmas week was
usually spent in Daytona, Fla. where the final points race took place with as
many as 200 entering in each class. McCall finished in the top 5
or won the class.
The North Carolina State Dirt Series Championship
was won by Matt in 1996, in all three classes,
Stock lite, Stock Medium, Stock Heavy
and Super Sport (limited class) .
All totaled, McCall finished his kart racing career with 151 feature
victories, two track championships and three state championships and was the Grand
national Champion.
Racing Karts was a way of life for the McCall
family and it is highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend quality time
with their children .
